STRUCTURAL DESIGN & ANALYSIS
            ·         Engineering and documentation of building and non-building structures for the schematic, design development and
                        construction document phases. Perform construction phase services related to these projects.
            ·         Analysis of structures and structural elements under the effects of modified loading conditions.

 RENOVATION & REHABILITATION
            ·         Engineering and documentation of structural modifications to existing facilities required by Architectural designs,
                        additions and adaptive re-use.
            ·         Engineering analysis of existing structures for compliance to the building code including wind and seismic retrofits and upgrades.
            ·         Structural surveys for documentation of the type, size and condition of existing structural elements to be used for analysis and
                        design of repairs and/or modifications. 

FEASIBILITY STUDIES
            ·         Structural survey, analysis and report preparation for feasibility studies for projects such as green roofs and solar system installations.

PEER REVIEWS
            ·         Independent review of structural designs for building code compliance and constructability.
